Dr. Adrian, shared the plans that they have for the University of the Philippines to push blockchain education forward.
He thought that filipinos should be educated about this technology and as the premiere university in the country, he wanted to have a blockchain center within the university, hence, conceptualized the Center of Blockchain Research and Applications, called COBRA.
COBRA will be a training center for both U.P. and non- U.P. students.
This will be a big market for the Philippines, and U.P. will help push the Filipinos to be part of it.
